2018 Events

2018 Events:

Our presentations this year will include “Toddy Pond: A History,” the perennially popular “Local Yokels” night, a talk on 1825-1845 modes of transportation and mail delivery in the region, and a visual tour along “The Sidewalks of Surry.” The society also maintains a collection of over 100 historic farming, fishing and lumbering tools and artifacts, cataloged and on display at the hall. Open to the public by chance or appointment. For more information call 207-667-4877.
